Paul has shown me just how important massage is for all kinds of problems and is helping me with my hip and leg problem. I would recommend him to anyone as he has a holistic approach to his work and a genuine desire to help everyone.

It is refreshing to meet and be treated by a massage therapist who is not afraid of the unknown, many professionals in this area are not experienced with working with people with disabilities and therefore they shy away from offering treatment. Paul Skidmore however, is more than happy to treat individuals based on the fact that they are individuals and to ensure he is giving you the best service he can, he does an extensive consultation with you before laying a hand on you. I found this very reassuring as my condition is brittle bones and if not treated with care, an injury could be caused, I have every confidence in Paul to be able to provide the remedial and massage therapy I need and believe that anyone who is apprehensive about getting massage treatment they need due to an injury or merely to aid their general well being should contact Paul and have an initial consultation, I guarantee by the end of it, your first appointment will be booked with him.
