Valentina gained her First Class honours degree in BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation from the University of Derby and more recently trained in the Assessment-led Bowen technique. These qualifications have provided her with a deeper understanding of the human body, what pain and dysfunction mean to individuals, and how to treat them with care.
Valentina adores her work and strives to give her all to every person she treats. When pain is present, her priority is to calm it and support the body’s healing process, utilising a range of techniques.
In her spare time, Valentina has been playing volleyball competitively for nine years and, more recently, has been practising Brazilian jiu-jitsu. She also aims to maintain her strength through regular strength training at the gym (with the occasional missed session!). In the past, she has focused on other sports such as indoor bouldering, cycling, football, and dance. Valentina also has a passion for ceramics and all things art-related!
